Our second time in Beijing was a different experience than the first.  We took in less temples, and spent more time at some of the places we’d missed the previous journey.  It was much colder than the last time we were there, warming up only as we were leaving.  We weren’t originally planning on going to Beijing, but in our attempt to gain entry to Lhasa, Tibet, we returned.  It was well worth it.
